You buy a transferable licence to display one image, one link and one slogan on a fixed rectangle of the OwnPx grid. You are not buying the pixels themselves, shares in anything, or any claim on the company.

A block can be transferred by accepting an offer or by selling at your buy now price. Blocks are indivisible: the whole rectangle transfers at once.

The first sale of a block has no platform fee. On every resale we keep 3% of the sale price. Seller balances are released 14 days after the sale clears and paid out through Stripe Connect. Changing an image, link or slogan costs $5.

We commit to keeping the grid online, with every block and its price history, for at least ten years from the day it opens.

No illegal material, malware, phishing, adult content, chat-invite links or URL shorteners. We review every new block and can remove one that breaks these rules, without a refund.

We can remove or grey out a block that breaks the content policy or that a rights holder proves is theirs. Ownership stays with you; only the displayed image and link are disabled.

All sales are final. The only exception: if we remove a block within 24 hours of purchase for a reason that is not the buyer’s doing, we refund that purchase in full.
